Account Data Deletion
You can disconnect a social account or request deletion of information imported by a NullSect Labs application at any time. We never need your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or X password to process a request.
Disconnect platform access
Open the connected-app or business-integration settings for the relevant platform and remove the NullSect Labs or MetaPilot application. This revokes future API access. You may also use the disconnect control inside the application when that control is available.
Request deletion of imported data
- Use the NullSect Labs contact page to submit a data-deletion request.
- Identify the platform and connected Page, profile, or channel. Do not include a password or access token.
- Use an email address that can reasonably verify your relationship to the connected account.
- We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
After verification, imported profile details, post references, media metadata, analytics, stored tokens, schedules, drafts, and derived brand settings associated with the selected account will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified within 30 days.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained records are restricted from routine product use and removed when the applicable obligation ends.
What deletion does not do
Deleting imported application data does not automatically delete content already published to a social platform or close your account with that platform. Use the platform's own tools for those actions.
Submit a request
Visit the contact page and use the subject “Social account data deletion.” Never send passwords, client secrets, access tokens, recovery codes, or copies of identity documents through the general contact form.
